As part of a design course, I worked on a rebranding and packaging redesign concept for Oppigårds – a well-known brewery based in Dalarna, Sweden. Despite the brand's popularity and strong product reputation, its existing packaging design left room for improvement in terms of visual identity and shelf appeal.
The aim of the project was to modernize Oppigårds’ bottles and cans while preserving the brand’s connection to its Swedish roots. My concept focused on elevating the visual language to convey a more premium and cohesive feel, without losing the authenticity and local character that defines the brand. The project allowed me to dive deep into brand strategy and explore how design can shape perception and communicate values at a glance.
This was one of the most rewarding assignments during my studies, not only because of the creative freedom it offered, but also because it aligned closely with my passion for branding and storytelling through design. The final concept received very positive feedback and further strengthened my interest in working with visual identities on a professional level.
