Toborrow, a loan comparison platform for individuals and businesses, needed a complete redesign of their portal for partner banks. The goal was to build a brand-new interface where banks could log in, review loan applications, provide offers, and track disbursed loans.

I was solely responsible for designing the full UI, working closely with the product owner and developers throughout the project. I began by mapping out the structure and creating wireframes with a strong focus on usability. From there, I designed responsive layouts in Figma for both desktop and mobile, built interactive prototypes, and conducted user testing to gather feedback. Based on the insights, I iterated and refined the original design to make it even more intuitive and user-friendly.

Throughout the development process, I maintained regular check-ins with the development team to ensure a seamless implementation. The platform launched in March 2024 and has since received positive feedback from its users. Following the launch, we continued to collect feedback and made several adjustments to further optimize the user experience and ensure the platform continues to meet the needs of its users.
